Arbuthnot Commercial fuels new home development in Blaxton

Arbuthnot Commercial is delighted to announce it has provided a loan for an undisclosed sum to Swan Homes Limited to support the development of eight new homes in Blaxton, Doncaster.

Swan Homes focuses on building quality family homes with original design features on small, boutique sites.

Phase one of the Finningley Court, Blaxton development will see eight new detached houses, each built to Swan Homes’ high standards and specifications; the scheme is the first of at least two phases in Blaxton.
